This drama was written around a real incident were a lone signaler was put into a situation where he ended up managing too many faults, too many delays, and it resulted in three trains being sent into the same section of track (which is almost unheard of and was very lucky to have not been a total disaster).

Shot in one day in a very cold signal box in Preston, this film is used to train rail staff of all disciplines to learn to manage stress, notice when you are becoming compromised or overwhelmed and to speak out.
